OUR STORY
Growing up in a big family, keeping people happy and fed well came as second nature to Alice.
In 2015, this lifelong passion took Alice to Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland, where she trained under Darina Allen and reaffirmed her commitment to good, simple food made with love.
Since then, Alice has worked behind the pass in some of London’s leading restaurants, as well as carved her own path as a freelance chef, cooking in private homes and catering for bespoke events, both small and large.
Alice’s Larder was an idea born in lockdown, when we were all cut off from friends and family but nevertheless determined to find ways to bring love and joy into each other’s lives. What better way to do this than through bite size pieces of goodness, in the form of Alice’s infamous chocolate brownies? Two years on, and demand for these boxes of baked-to-order, delivered-to-your-door goodies hasn’t dropped!
At Alice’s Larder, we truly and passionately believe that kindness - together with chocolate - makes the world go round. Our mission is to keep that rhythm going - so keep sending brownies, and fill the world with the milk (chocolate) of human kindness.
